My husband and I had such a lovely time at this hotel .We are frequent visitors to Paris and we found this hotel very convenient to most of the beautiful landmarks, within walking distance.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating .
Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice available.
We do hope to return.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (413 reviews)
I had a fine stay but likely won't stay again. While it was close to the Metro station, and the property was beautiful, there was something that felt lacking and I would not equate it to a four star property. I would say three stars when comparing it to other hotels I've stayed in around the world.
It wasn't one thing - it just felt unfinished. The room was listed as a "Superior" room but lacked a comfortable seating area in the room - just a wooden table/stool and a metal bench that doubled as the suitcase holder. The shower pressure was lacking and the exterior seating showed its age/use. I also didn't love the neighbourhood compared to other areas I've stayed in when visiting Paris. I didn't feel like there was much to walk around and explore.
One thing I will say is the staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and patient with my broken French. And you can see the potential in the property! I particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and work spaces.
Overall, it just wasn't for me as a property. With a four star rating, I expected more.

"Hôtel magnifique situé au cœur de Loche. La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Seul bémol est le tapis. Il était taché à plusieurs endroits. Son apparence fait en sorte que la chambre semble sale."
