I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the convenient parking made everything so much easier. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

Wow is the first word that came out of our mouths when we unlatched the door to our apartment room. This property can be accurately classified as a luxurious five-stat aparthotel. Amenities and facilities tick all the top rating boxes. We booked an executive spa apartment for two nights that provided us with all the comfort and luxury of a well-appointed room in the heart of Hobart. We were in walkable distance to Constitution Dock, Queens Domain and Salamanca Market. The room we paid for was worth every dollar. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private jetted tub. We recovered much of our accommodation cost cooking our meals and doing our laundry in the convenience of our room. If smart travel is your thing, this property is a perfect choice!

Our stay at this accommodation was exceptionally wonderful. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—timeless, elegant, and truly a special place to relax and unwind. Every detail contributed to a memorable experience, and we had such a great stay from beginning to end. A special mention must go to Philip, who was simply amazing. He attended to all of our needs with genuine warmth and care, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. In the evening, he made us drinks and desserts by the fire. To make our visit even more special, Philip surprised us with a beautiful birthday treat to celebrate my husband's birthday. The next morning, he greeted us with a delicious breakfast, and his company was so warm, embracing, and enjoyable. His hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful accommodation and look forward to experiencing its charm and elegance again in the future.

Great room, and great staff. Housekeeping responded quickly when I requested something to my room. Only negative was that no complimentary bottled water included. There were 2 bottles of HARTZ water in the fridge which I assumed was complimentary with the room, however, I later found out they are part of the bar and costed $5 each. When I called for bottled water, the concierge said the water from the tap is drinkable, otherwise he could prepare some bottles for me to collect from the reception which I declined. Noting I did not know the "free" bottles were different to the ones in the fridge. Overall we had a great stay, and the minor misunderstanding with the water does not impact my likelyhood of staying here again. Thanks for having us!
