"The stay was just amazing; the owner could not have been more charming and I wish him all the best for his new business - from my experience it will be a huge success."

"It was nice having our own room but also a communal area where we could have use of the kitchen. The breakfast was good with eggs from the farm and the owner welcoming making this an overall good choice and would recommend."

"This was not our first stay at The Manor and as usual, it did not disappoint. Great staff (super friendly & helpful), well appointed rooms, great food and atmosphere. We needed a central venue for our national team and this fits the bill perfectly. We will be back!"

"The staff were all really attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! There are still some renovations going on but it didn’t spoil our stay. It’s going to be lovely when it’s completed. Thanks for a great stay."

"Room was clean and tidy but starting to show signs of wear and tear around the edges. Soap dispenser was off the wall and just left on side of bath.
Very helpful, friendly staff and great selection of beers in the bar. Tasty breakfast but getting dear now!
Not too much traffic around and easy to get into Derby in the evening.
Only really let down by idiots with noisy exhausts visiting the McDonalds next door!"
"A lovely hotel for a one night stay. Short walk into the city centre. Easy parking in the nearby 'Chapel Street' multistorey Car Park. Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
"Overall very good indeed.
Love the colour code of the room.
Sometimes outside there is litter as is on a trading estate and so on.
However tidy also outside-I say by the place where smoking and walking happens.)
PEACE-
David"

"Only fault was my quilt was a double quilt folded in half into a single duvet and hot tap on the bath was very stiff to turn on and off other then that everything was fine"
