"This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination. "

"Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Loved watching the sunset every night from the lanai, and swimming in the pool every day. One resident sounded a conch shell most evenings at sunset, very cool. We only encountered a few other people staying there, not crowded at all - which is why we chose to stay here vs. Waikiki. Char was easy to communicate with and provided a nice treats basket. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Only taking off one star because of the road noise - but I'd be happy to stay here again if I had the chance. Aloha."

"We haven’t had any contact with the host at all. Attempted to message multiple times and call the number listed and it says not available. Contacted VRBO and they cannot get ahold of host either. "

"We had the best time at the Kai Lani oceanfront condo! The condo is spacious, clean, and has the best views from the lanai. The property location was fabulous- easy walk to the lagoons and shopping. The swimming pool area was a hit! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! "

"We came with our toddler and 3 month old and the condo had everything you could possibly need! Great location, beautiful balcony that feels so private amongst the palm trees. So close to the pool/shops area. Couldn’t recommend more!"

"Courtney’s KoOlina Kai house was INCREDIBLE!! So comfortable. So clean. So quiet. Bright, modern, updated - it has everything. I think the TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen! The neighbors are all friendly. The pool pavilions (which Courtney helped me reserve) were PERFECT to grill dinner by the pool. Courtney was SO nice, gracious, helpful, and kind. I am definitely going back soon!!"

"This place was great for my family. It was very spacious and comfortable. The garage was nice to keep the car parked. It also had some extra stuff stocked in there that really made the stay more fun like boogie boards, snorkel masks, life jackets and a wagon! The community pool was very nice, we bbqd there several times. We played a lot of pickle ball with the beach club subscription. I would definitely stay here again. "
