Loved the beds and unique layout of the house. Clean and spacious. Ocean view was great! Pool and hot tub along with pool table was definately enjoyed. Loved staying there.

Perfect view

Everything was clean and comfortable- amazing king size beds in each room! And the view was just unbeatable. We saw whales and seals. Very close to shops and restaurants and just a 17 min drive to the Lincoln city outlet mall for some clothes shopping. Perfect the relaxing vacation we needed. Would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning views

It was a wonderful getaway. Everything was great! A little dusty at places and smudge on the mirror when we arrived, but otherwise very clean! The bed in the downstairs master bedroom had a dip on the one side, the mattress could use an update. But we loved the place, the set up was great for our family and we would definitely consider it again.

Girls’ week vacation

This place is awesome! The condo was clean and well stocked. The view is to die for, and the location is convenient to visit Newport, Depoe Bay, and Lincoln City. We’re already looking at dates for next year. The only negative thing I can say, which wouldn’t prevent a future stay, is that the living room furniture wasn’t all that comfortable.

Beautiful view

The photos are accurate. The view is absolutely stunning! Condo was clean, decorated nicely, and central to slightly larger towns north and south. Owners were quick to respond to questions prior to travel. The fireplace adds a nice cozy touch in the winter months though it quit working during our visit and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. But it didn’t distract from the amazing view so it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations

The view of the coast and surf was stunning. It was a true “wow” when we first walked in. The unit itself was laid out nicely for gathering. Furniture and finishes were all in good condition and it was outfitted well. Importantly, it was very clean. It would be nice to have a couple side tables and lamps in the living room and perhaps some new sleeping pillows, but those are details. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. We definitely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Great find!

Great location and clean accommodations for a friends get together. The three bedrooms and three baths (2 ensuite) were perfect for privacy. The king beds were comfy and the rooms were amply supplied for our three night stay. The view can’t be beat from the huge living room windows. Balcony was small but more than adequate for three people. The kitchen was stocked with about everything one would need, even a few condiments. The condo was an easy stroll from Boiler Bay and was exceptionally quiet! This was a great find for a clean, well maintained 3 bed/3 bath Oregon coast rental at a reasonable price with an ocean view. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place with gorgeous views

We have stayed at this facility multiple times. We love the location and the rooms are spacious and beautiful! We will definitely be back. We were a little frustrated this time to be told we couldn't use the pull out couch as a bed. In fact, they told us it was not a pull out couch at all. They refused to bring extra blankets for the rooms and it took several calls to get through to anyone to answer our questions. Overall, it was not a huge deal, but took away from our experience a little.

Online education weekend for colleagues

Most importantly for us, the internet service was great for our online workshops, and the smart TV's worked great once we figured them out. It was a lovely break to look out the living area windows and watch the stormy waves: exceptional view! We also enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day, and walking down to the overlook just north of town (10 min walk?). The amenities were complete and of good quality. Kitchen was perhaps on the small side if one was going to be cooking a lot, but perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean.Minimal traffic noise at night; slept with the window open and it didn't bother us. Appreciated having several blanket throws and pillows placed around to make lounging comfortable, and greatly enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. Responsive service from manager.Great weekend!

The view is unparalleled. Saw a sea lion, seals and whales. Nice walk into town. If I could add anything to the unit it would be a broiler pan and a pole lamp. Needed more direct light for after dark card playing
