  • This beautiful basement is newly renovated and completely comfy and clean it has two queen beds and single bathroom,kichen ,free wifi , washer and dryer(who stays morethan 5 days). our basement don't have a private entrance but has entrance through garage door that only serve guests . our location are 10 minutes from Denver airport ,university hospital and 20 minutes away from Denver downtown. Mile away from grocery store, restaurants and public transportation . WE DO NOT ALLOW TO USE MARIIJUANA ON OUR PROPERTY.

This home is located in a beautiful and safe subdivision. We had no issues other than getting the shower temperature to stay consistent. It was on the hot side, even though the dial was set to warm or even cold. We were also confused about it being in the basement, but the check-in process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Taking Care of Business

This trip was planned as a fun get away that immediately turned into a personal emergency. Having a comfortable place to stay, with peaceful surroundings was comforting. The accommodations were great and suited every personality type in the group. I didn’t know about the stairs otherwise due to a heath issue we would have chosen someplace else. My injury is a temporary one others may not be. That was the only point of contention. That being said, I’m glad I didn’t know because climbing the stairs gave me much needed exercise and has added to my recovery. The place was as advertised, clean, safe, with one exception. The wife is an exceptional cook and the smell of food tempted us to knock on the door. I wish food was an added amenity. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Vrbo and these owners.

Home was exactly as pictured. I had no issue other than something biting my group. I have about a half a dozen bites on me. I reported it to the owner. Hopefully they bombed after our stay. Prompt responses for the most part. There is a family upstairs. Kids are cute. I always had a parking spot. The smell everyone is reporting is indian food. I'm not sure why it was considered so offensive. I had to resist asking for a plate. I did have to wash everything when I came home. But who doesn't? Shower had water hotter than your Mamas suppers. Thats a plus. Nearby food & services. Thank you for letting me stay in your home🏡

Misleading Property. Absolute nightmare!

Very cute house and neighborhood upon driving up. Located in a newly built suburb with amenities and decent restaurants near by. Must use the garage to come and go, with no outside lock on the door leading to the basement where you, as a guest, stays. There is constant noise. Mostly foot traffic, stomping, and screaming of children. The place is clean, but reeked of food. So bad, that our luggage and hair retained a strong odor. A horrible experience we will never forget. Not to mention, the host took a very long time to respond to questions and/or concerns. Stayed one night, and got charged for two when requesting a refund because we could no longer endure this place. If these things do not bother you, then by all means take the chance. Otherwise, find a different place to go.

Comfortable basement apartment easy to access with plenty of elbow room. Conveniently located near major highways making commuting very simple. We stayed with our two adult children. We all had plenty of space to relax after a long day. Super convenient highly recommend.

Property was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm so we had to wait in our car until ready. Refrigerator is quite small but with just 2 of us we managed. We were away from the home all day and it was nice to get back to the home to watch a little TV. The main reason i selected this vrbo rental was for the washer/dryer. The owner also allowed me to park in the driveway, which i appreciated very much. Overall experience was good and i would rent again.
