House is absolutely beautiful and doesn’t disappoint. Master bedroom and bath is a dream. Plenty of places for people to relax and eat…. We had 9 people and found that the house provided plenty of room for everyone. But the best part of this house is the deck which is huge, includes a large hot tub, a fire table with seating for 6-8 people around it, a gas grill and a swing overlooking the fabulous views. The fact that the house had 2 main floor bedrooms and only 4 steps from the front door to main floor makes this house very accessible for the elderly. Would highly recommend this house. The owner is very helpful and responsive if there are issues.

Beautiful view

Stay was great, plenty of space for a large group. Lots of bed space downstairs. House had eveeytjing that you could need and some. Beautiful day and night view! Host was very accomadating and made a point to quickly take care of any issue at all. Great stay!

Red rocks concert trip

Beautiful surroundings and good location. Made a trip for a concert at red rocks a great experience as well as eating at the Fort restaurant nearby which was amazing.

Sunrise Deck

This is a great location, big house (15 people stay), beautiful view on the massive deck. We communicated with the host easily for requests and info. If you have more than 6 cars, plan on parking at the nearby myer park ranch.

Bucket list trip!

Our group was visiting mainly for a concert at Red Rocks amphitheater, but also to see the sights in Colorado. The house was perfect - each couple had plenty of space to spread out. The views were amazing. We mainly used the house for a gathering spot and home base, so we didn't make any meals but it seemed the kitchen had just about anything you'd need to cook for a group. Alex was super responsive with our inquiries. We had three vehicles and there was plenty of room for more if needed. My only suggestion for those not acclimated to mountain living is to perhaps purchase the canned oxygen or drink liquids with extra electrolytes. A few of us in our group experienced nausea and headaches, likely because our bodies are not used to living at high altitudes.

Great location and responsive owner

This property is well maintained and in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains. The property is well set up for a group of people, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and all of the rooms are separated. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Alex was very responsive. Thanks Alex for the great stay!

Stay With Extended Family

Our stay was wonderful! The property is amazing and had enough space for our large group. The views are spectacular and the house included everything we needed for meals etc. The check-in process was very smooth and the owner was very responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

Beautiful home with amazing views

We came in for a family wedding. There were adequate sleeping spaces for 12 adults. We had 10. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with one bathroom shared by 6. Kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for all our meals. Ping pong, foosball, fire table, and hot tub were great extras! Beautiful spacious deck with comfy furniture. Beds were very comfortable. House manager is a great communicator and very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here for a large group that just wants to hang and reconnect because it is so accommodating inside and out

This home has it all!!!

Beautiful home in the mountains with wildlife and amazing views, night time and sunrise of the glittering lights of Denver. We were at this City View Drive home in mid September. The Host was accommodating, friendly and readily available for questions. Our family, who enjoys cooking, wine, and socializing had a wonderful experience. The kitchen was well equipped, functional, and gorgeous and hanging out on the deck or in the hot tub was so relaxing and soothing.

Not a 5 bedroom house

The house and views were gorgeous. But the house was advertised as having 5 bedrooms, so 5 couples were in our group. The house is a 4-bedroom house, with a bed in the closet of one of the bedrooms. That "bedroom" had no windows, nor outlets, and could only be accessed from the attached bedroom. No privacy or accessibility at all for the unfortunate couple who got stuck in that room. We would never have selected this house if it was properly advertised as the 4-bedroom home it truly is.
