With 5,167 sq. ft. on 5 acres, it’s packed with entertainment: arcade games, a pool table, an indoor jacuzzi, a full bar, a Bluetooth sound system, and 2 air mattresses. Outdoors, enjoy fire pits, 2 grills, a hot tub, and a fenced basketball court. Perfect for family fun!

This spacious property features 8 beds (1 king bed, 5 queen beds, and 2 air mattresses), 5 bathrooms, a full bar, a game/arcade room, a karaoke bar, and a master bedroom with a private patio and fire pit. Outside, enjoy the multiple grill area, hot tub, basketball court, and ample parking for up to 10 cars. Communication from mgmt was excellent even later in the evening. They helped me out after two other properties cancelled on me with short notice. Place had been prepped for our arrival. Plenty of fun stuff to do as pictured. Will definitely stay again!

This place is beyond AMAZING! The photos truly don’t do it justice! We had such a fantastic time here. Everything we needed for our stay was provided in the home, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable.The hosts were exceptionally responsive; every question we had was answered within two minutes! They even offered a car for rent at a much lower cost than any other rental we looked at, which was a huge bonus.The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could need. The full bar downstairs was to die for, and we were pleasantly surprised by additional amenities that weren’t even listed, like a massage chair on every floor, the vehicle rental option, and several other thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The views are just breathtaking. The daytime scenery is beautiful, but the night view and mountain backdrop from the property are SPECTACULAR.Our entire family loved staying here. Without a doubt, whenever we’re back in Colorado, this is the only place we’ll stay. We loved it so much that we’re already thinking about planning another trip this summer and maybe even spending Christmas here!
