Terrible stay I found bugs in my bed. The bed sheets were really dirty and in the morning when I wanted to check out nobody was there & even waited for them.

The staff was excellent, super friendly and very helpful. The main issues were the condition of the room and halls. There were bugs in our room missing g drawer fronts carpet was very worn and parts missing in places. I do want to say again that the staff was great. They were doing their best with what was there

The hotel had roaches , we had to move to a different hotel. They refunded everything but our first night . The staff very pleasant and understanding.

Disgusting property, dirty soap with hair, and toothbrushes in the bathroom, dirty towels throughout the whole room, bed sheets thrown everywhere and roaches .

The manager has already reached out to apologize for the situation but I am writing this review for others to know. The hotel was extremely dirty and I felt disgusted walking around my room. The shower in this accessible room did not drain properly, leading to a giant puddle in the middle of the bathroom (I had to remember to walk around it to use the toilet at night). A lot of bugs. At the low price point, I should have expected as much, but I have been in nicer motels.

Smelled like smoke, shower drain didn't work, shower head wasn't attached to the wall and there was mold around it. Water damage by the sinks, and sprinkler heads. Evidence of previous water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Mold in the window sill. Clear fire hazards in the painted/glued/repaired wall outlets that were not connected to the wall. Lots of evidence of cockroaches/beetles throughout; there were poison modules under the sink.

The room was great. Kitchen, full fridge, big bathroom and a large desk. Very clean. Great staff. Quiet. The only problems I had was the elevator being broken, so climbing 3 flights of stairs with a bad knee replacement and a dog who has arthritis was a bit rough. Also, I unfortunately saw a cockroach in a cabinet... not freaked out as im sure with so many people bringing in God knows what, its hard to control. It wasn't infested and the room and hotel was very clean and affordable.

The hotel room was disguising we didn’t even spend the night there we walked in and there was bugs and roaches everywhere in the air conditioning which was broken by the way which made the room freezing they were all over the floor in the bathroom crawling on the headboard and even when we opened the microwave they came crawling out. When I asked if they could maybe find me a cleaner room in the hotel or what they could do the front desk lady was very lazy and rude and just said she could give me a refund in 3-5 business days

There were cockroaches everywhere, the drawers were falling apart, the toilet seat looked like it had been used before it was even put in and melted in places, The manager checked me in and never said anything about the infestation of cockroaches, I talked to other gas and every room had cockroaches in it. There should be no food or anybody staying there until the infestation is clear.

The property was well kept, clean and useful. The staff was more than accommodating, especially as my stay extended day after day after day… By the time I left I felt like part of their little hotel community. A truly genuine stay at a truly genuine hotel. Thanks!
