This home is located in the most centrally located area of Denver! It is within 5 minutes to every major interstate in Denver metro including I-70 West which takes you to the gorgeous Rocky Mountains, US 36 also known as the Boulder Turnpike if you would like to visit the beautiful town of Boulder and the Flat Iron mountains for hiking, Interstate 25 so that you may head south toward Colorado Springs! It is also 3 blocks from the Westminster B-line light rail station which will have you downtown Denver in 15 minutes to Union Station which is right across the street from Coors Field for those that enjoy Rockies games! This area is also only15-25 mins. from the Highlands, Lohi and RiNo which are several trendy areas for bars/restaurants and shopping! It is also near several parks/lakes (Jim Baker Reservoir and Clear Creek Valkey Park) for sunset walks/jogs that provide a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains!

Fully stocked kitchen including things like a blender, Panini maker, and Keurig coffee maker as well as dishwasher tabs, paper towel, trash bags, dish/hand soap and Keurig pods. All three bedrooms are queen sized with blackout shades and fans. I love mood lighting so each room has layered lighting controlled by remotes so that you can turn the lamps off without leaving your bed!Fresh towels, extra pillows and throws are provided if you would like to cozy up on the couches!
This home is the front unit of a duplex. There is a large driveway for offstreet parking. It has its own private patio area to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The only shared space is the driveway. It is attached to a separate home that has two bedrooms for families that like to travel together but have their own private space!
If you enjoy traveling with friends and family and would like to stay near each other I have attached the link to the back unit of this duplex which is a two bedroom one bath!

Loved how clean the place was. I’m not a city person and but felt okay in the neighborhood. Julia’s place is very well laid out and very clean. Definitely will look for her place if it’s available next time I’m in Denver.
This was our second stay with Julia at this property and we will definitely be back again in the future! The home is cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The view of the mountains as you drive out of the neighborhood is one of my favorite things and I never get tired of it. Check-in/out are a breeze and Julia always checks in during our stays to make sure we don’t need anything. The home is well stocked with most anything you could need and makes for a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring Denver.
Enjoyed this property very much. Host was terrific and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bed I slept in had a super comfortable mattress. There is a peaceful lake just one block away. I thought the value for the money was excellent, highly recommend.
A group of 4 of us came for a weekend trip as we were going to a concert at Red Rocks. The house was clean and very welcoming when we arrived with lamps, fans and music on to greet us. It was a perfect home away from home for our trip and far exceeded our expectations.
The property was in a great central location, close to everything. Our host, Julia, was so nice and attentive, reaching out and sharing local recommendations. The home was well accommodated and our stay was perfect. We would definitely recommend. Thanks for everything!
Wonderful experience for our family.
Plenty of room and thoughtful touch’s from host. Place exceeded our expectations. Julia was attentive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend to other’s and would
stay there again
My first trip to Denver was lovely thanks, in part, to Julia! The place is exactly as the listing and Julia made checking in and out a breeze. I especially loved the semi-private patio area. I highly recommend this place and will stay here when I visit Denver again.
This was a lovely little property. It was clean, comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. It wasn't far from downtown Denver, but it also helped that we had a car to get around, though transit was not far away. Overall, a very nice place, and I would stay there again.
Everything was exactly as shown and described in the listing! Very comfortable and clean. The host was easy to work with and super responsive. Nice little "extras" around the place too, like a soft-sided cooler, reusable shopping bags, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!
Your vacation rental was an excellent choice. Your home was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the large flat screen TV in the living room was crystal clear. You supplied detergent tabs for the dishwasher and the new stackable washer and dryer worked great and were quiet. Thank you for providing a very relaxing place to stay in Denver.
Excellent place that is very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely stay again. Only comment is the place is not as roomy as I thought looking at the photos. Bedrooms are tight. Will not stop me from staying again, just something to consider.
I can’t say much more than what the other reviews say. It was amazingly clean, comfortable beds, everything you need (including spices, and some condiments!) We visit Denver multiple times a year, hopefully this will become our regular abode while there. It was that nice.
Julia’s property was such a wonderful place for us to stay during our Thanksgiving trip to Denver to visit family. The house was spotless, comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Views of the mountains as we were leaving the neighborhood were a daily perk! Julia checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed and check-in/out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
Thank you Julia! You’re a fabulous host.
Awesome kitchen with everything you'll need. It looks like everyone who stays leaves food behind to pay it forward and that's great! Same with bathroom items from new toothbrushes to shaving cream and Q-tips. Comfortable house with easy parking. This is one unit in a duplex, something I didn't realize at booking. Had a great stay and definitely can recommend!

My family and I absolutely adored this home! The big yard for the kids to play in along with the Mountain View was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped. We barely had to leave for anything. The host also checked in on us via messenger, that was really kind of her. She even had dining options on the refrigerator for her guests. Oh and the beds, literally the best sleep ever!!! I could go on and on but it was just perfect! Thanks to you, Julia. You rock!
Our stay at Julia's place was amazing! We felt right at home while we were there. Not only was the outside decorated with fall decorations, but the inside was, as well. This was such a nice added touch. There was parking in the driveway, which made it super easy for coming and going. The house itself was spacious with plenty of comfy seating for us in the den. It was also extremely clean and very well taken care of. You can tell they take great pride in ownership. There were 3 of us, so we were able to spread out between the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom-which had super comfortable beds and luggage racks for your luggage-had remote controls for the lamps and fans along with an extension cord to plug in your devices next to your bed. We really loved that extra bit of thoughtfulness! The kitchen was fully equipped and the refrigerator had a few refreshments that were left by the previous occupants that we were able to enjoy. We will definitely stay at Julia's place if we are ever in the Denver area again and highly recommend you do, too!
The property was smaller than expected. Beds and furniture were comfortable although the dining was challenging for a family of four as there is no dining area other than the countertop and bar stools and the kitchen sink is in the middle of where the food would go. Eating in the living room is off limits as there are notes with lots of capital letters and exclamation points stating that there will be a $250 cleaning fee if ANY food gets on the new area rug in the living room.
The neighborhood is not really close to anything that you would want to see in Denver and the Train station is a long enough walk away that it's not really convenient.
The note stating that the thermostat was locked between 69 and 71 degrees was again filled with capital letters and exclamation points letting us know who was in charge of the heating and cooling of the unit.
On a positive note there was a fair amount of food left in the fridge including 7 bottles of mustard so if that is you thing...
