This fun and stylish home is thoughtfully designed and perfect for groups of 8 - 14. With 2800 sq ft, plus a 540 sq ft garage game room, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, play, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped chef's kitchen allows for great meals - whether you're cooking or ordering in. The dining room features sliding doors to the back patio. The garage game room provides hours of fun.

element 89 is in a quaint neighborhood, and convenient to Denver, Boulder, the airport, and the mountains. It's the perfect hub for exploring Colorado.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beautifully decorated home-away-from-home provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably, kick-back and relax, and play and socialize together. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy; and the three living areas, the garage game room, and outdoor space provide a perfect backdrop for enjoying time together.

● Two large living areas, plus one smaller one provide plenty of space to congregate
● Enjoy the 540 square foot Garage Game Room / Mudroom: foosball, air hockey, table tennis / beer pong, pop-a-shot basketball, and ring toss offers hours of entertainment for both adults and kids
● Setup and play one of the outdoor games, including giant Jenga, cornhole, and ladder golf - outside or in the garage - or tuck inside and break out a board game or deal a game of poker
● 4 Bedrooms; 3 with Kings and 1 with a Queen, plus a Bunk House with 2 Full- and 2 Twin-size beds. You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the 8 cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the smaller basement living room and an air mattress that can be tucked into the kids' playroom

Fun & cozy vacay home

Our family had a great spring break and really enjoyed the space together, especially the living room where we played plenty of games as well as the game room. There were plenty of beds for all of us and we weren't crammed. Thank you for a memorable & lovely home.

Camp getaway

My boys attended a camp in Boulder - it was the perfect location to enjoy Denver while not in the camp and quick easy access to Boulder. The home was clean, neat, and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Great house in a good location. Everything was clean and tidy. The interior furnishings were great. And the shower in the primary bathroom was like a spa treatment!

Great place to stay

This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants! We would definitely stay here again!

My group had a fantastic time at element89 in Denver! The property was very clean and had tons of space and activities for us - the game room was a big hit! Angie was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for any large group!

Quick trip

We flew into Denver and spent the night before heading to Estes Park. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a play area downstairs and bunk beds which were perfect for the little ones. The home is centrally located to the places we wanted to visit while in Denver.

October 5th Weekend

Our family of 7 stayed here and we had a wonderful time. House was very clean, had everything we needed, and host was extremely helpful with any questions. Absolutely loved the game room! We are staying again at the end of the month when we visit our son at school again. Highly recommend this home.

House was so nice and felt like home. Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was always available and very nice. Hot water heater went out and was fixed asap! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado.

Friend Reunion

I wasn’t sure we’d be able to comfortably fit 8 adults and 4 kids but the house was perfection for what we needed — plenty of entertainment and comfortable sleeping areas for the kiddos and space for the adults to catch up upstairs. Would very much recommend for families and reunions.

Perfect for a large group

We greatly enjoyed this property for our group of four adults and five children. A favorite of the children was the game garage and we had plenty of family competition with the ping pong table, basketball, and air hockey. Beds were comfortable and they has plenty of pillows for each bed, something we greatly appreciate. Loved the shower options in the master bath.

So much to offer!

Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location. We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home.

Check in was a breeze. Angie was very responsive. Upon arrival the house needed some cleaning and as soon as I reached out to Angie she sent a cleaning crew right away to make things more comfortable for me and my family.The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is great, we felt safe. The house also has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. My kids loved the game room. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness Angie!
