Brand new one bdr apt in the heart of hip and trendy Capitol Hill--you can walk everywhere, but it includes a very coveted parking space! If you know this area, you know that parking is a huge challenge. Price includes a dedicated space. Perfect location to go to a concert at the Fillmore. Great restaurants nearby. This place was perfect for that.

Great hosts. Property exactly as described with all the necessities for a short stay. Literally in the heart of Denver and just miles from most everything one would want to do. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, well stocked, and comfortable place to stay. Much better than any hotel. The parking was also a huge plus if your getting a rental.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was lovely. Very clean and the host was super communicative, even checking in with us via text to make sure all was well. The parking spot is a big plus and the bed was super comfy.

Wonderful stay in Capitol Hill

We had a fantastic stay at Sydney’s place! It was in the perfect location for visiting family in Central Denver. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot! We found the apartment to be well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great host! Perfect place to stay, we were able to walk to dinner and out for some drinks. Great accommodations, and the perfect size for 2-4 people. We will be back in the near future!

Great Cap Hill location!

Perfect spot to walk to almost everything Cap Hill and downtown. Super close to restaurants, park, grocery and downtown. Very clean, secure and lots of nice extra touches throughout.

Easy access to Capitol District and more!

The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the heart of town or to nearby shops / restaurants. Sydney and the team were very responsive about any concerns and made it very easy to check in and out. We had a wonderful stay during out time in Denver!

Everything you need for a Capitol stay!

This updated and stylish apartment is everything you'll need and it's within walking distance to the Capitol. Clean, convenient, with a designated parking space, full kitchen and much more! Communication with the host was great and it was a nice place to stay while we were in Denver. We would stay here again!

Awesome Updated Rental

This little condo was a pleasure to stay in. It has obviously been remodeled recently. It is nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. It is in a great central location. Checking in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
