Room was clean, no frills, and staff was responsive to requests for fresh towels. Parking was fine, but the number of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking gave it a shady feeling. Breakfasts were heavy on starch, no fruit, milk or protein.

Comfortable home away from home

My room could have been cleaned better most definitely, but wasn't too bad. Front desk staff were all helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay when away from home. Will return!

The make worker was so rude. I called to get clean sheets and i was told i cant have any clean sheets bcs they are only given out during the day so he yelled at me hung up on me and cussed at me. Very rude person he should not be working here with that bad customer service. Ive never heard that someone cant get a clean set of sheets like what. The bed sheets were literally flipped inside out it was dirty and i just want a new sheet. His customer service skills sucks and very rude person!!!! How does one person that works there say i can ask for them whenever but i go and ask another person and i get a different answer its ridiculous. This is forsure on the DNR list.

Great for longer-term stays, but the Wi-Fi is horrible and apparently nobody knows how to reset it on the weekends

Quiet area so I usually slept well, heard other people in the buildung though. Upon arrival my room smelled like cigarette smoke. After leaving the windows open it cleared out. Cleanliness was okay. Bed was comfortable. Lots of places around to find something to eat.

Run down facility. Room seemed clean although we had NO toilet paper in our room. Outdated furnishings in the rooms. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is very minimal and just on a tabletop in the lobby.

I reserved and paid $123 for my room and upon arrival I was told they had NO VACANCY regardless of me paying for my plannee stay online and I never received my refund either.

Upon arrival to the hotel all the staff was exceptionally good they made sure that everything I needed was taken care of they have been very very good about making sure to ask me if my stay is good if there's anything they can do to make it better. The room did smell a little when I walked in the room but I just sprayed my perfume and it's been fine ever since. Nancy at the front desk is exceptionally great!!!

Are checking staff Stewart was great. The checkout person seemed like they were in a hurry I wouldn't say that she was rude. She was very monotoned. Our TV was broken when we checked in. They were not able to change his rooms because the hotel was fully booked and they had no replacement TV to bring us either. We were neither offered a discount or anything other than an "I'm sorry"
