Family wedding

Our family met at this lovely home to attend a family wedding in Golden. It is a wonderful neighborhood where we enjoyed morning walks. The house is open and accomodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great place to stay in the Denver area

There were 7 of us in the group and this property was perfect. It is within 30 minutes of Denver area attractions, but in a quiet neighnorhood with great views of rhe city and mountains. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and outdoor space for relaxing. Highly recommended!

Great location in Arvada

This property worked well for our 3 generation family of 9. The owner was great to work with, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a family vacation. The crib and high chair were especially helpful for our 1 yr family member. This quiet neighborhood with outdoors space for relaxing, after a full day of activity, was perfect for us.

Great location and beautiful home.

Overall house was clean, but there were reusable tins with plastic lids in the bottom oven that when we preheated, we did not know they were in there and they melted. The fumes were horrible. It would’ve been nice to give us a heads up that she kept these in the oven Also, all the local grocery stores have bad charges. To have reusable bags in her pantry would’ve been good for guests to know. Also, there were no tissues in any bathrooms or bedrooms. Lastly using the fire pit should have instructions in the house so the guest could use it Overall the house was beautiful and the accommodation and location were great for our family. It would recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice central place that has ample room.

This home was awesome! There was an amazing view of the valley, along with plenty of room for our group. Great location, with a community pool and park close by. Perfect for a family stay.

Great stay, quick responses from owner

We had a great stay with no problems! The property was exactly as listed and very clean. I had a few questions when we were planning and packing and the owner was very quick and helpful with responses. We cooked a lot and it was fully equipped with all the cookware and dishes we needed. We traveled with 3 kids and the property was perfect as it had a play room with toys (added bonus), a fire pit, and a neighborhood pool. We used it all! 5 stars from our family!

Great place.

My family of 10 stayed here for 5 days. Ages ranging from 86 to 16. 8 adults and 2 teenagers. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably. 2 teenagers slept on air mattresses. The house was located in a nice neighborhood. My brother ran on the trails every morning. We all went to the swimming pool one day which is super nice with lanes to do a swim workout if you wanted. The house was close (20 min drive) to old town Arvada. Also about 20-30 mins from red rocks and look out mountain. Grocery store near by. The gas fire pit was a hit also. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked like there were 2 gas grills. There was good communication by the owners. The whole rental process was easy. We definitely would stay here again.
