ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - The Denmark River is accessible from the backyard; young children must be supervised as it is not fenced - Linen and bath towels provided (beach towels not included) - Single beds are kids size and the bunk beds are only suitable for small-medium size adults - There is room on the property to park a trailer/boat but please note the property is on no through road and there is no turning circle. You will have to reverse upon exiting the property. - Strictly no pets allowed - No Leavers/Schoolies bookings - No outside fires due to fire safety regulations - Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard), 5-7 nights (peak/school holidays)
FIREWOOD NOTICE: Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.

Very comfortable house in beautiful surroundings. It was a pleasure to deal with the people from Southern Coast Escapes. I recommend to book directly with them.
Property had good facilities was easy to find and beautiful outlook. The log fire was wonderful. Comfy beds, great advise friends the property manager on good wineries near by.
Throughly enjoyed our stay and will move back!
Twin gums was an excellent place for us to get away and recharge. Its close enough to the Down of Denmark to easily access to shops but far enough out of town to feel like you are well into the countryside. Denmark in general is a great place to escape the intense summer heat and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Twin Gums
Very comfortable home with a large garden. Located in a quiet location not far from town. Has a large garden surrounding it - so plenty of space for kids to run around in. Very clean and kept in a good condition. Although next door to a caravan park you would not know it was there and absolutely no noise from it. Can highly recommend.
We had a lovely stay at this property. It has two wings with bedrooms and bathrooms in each wing. The beds are comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. The lounge area is set up really well and the couch is incredibly comfortable! The smart TV was easy to operate. It's also one of the most kid friendly places we've stayed.
The lounge has a split system which kept us warm and the oil heaters worked surprisingly well in the bedrooms.
But the best thing about this property was waking up, making a coffee and sitting out on the deck with the beautiful view of the trees and hearing all the birds. Sublime!

T V setup could be changed as it is too difficujt to navigate. Should have been able to connect directly to free to air channels, not go through the rigmaroll of 3 divices and still not get them. Property needs some maintenance can not use outdoor area if it is raining as gutters pour water in at back door.
