"Unfortunately, the heating took a few days to warm up the house. The power kept tripping when we tried to use the space heaters in the bedrooms. Very frustrating to have to keep going to the fuse box to turn the power back on. The owner was lovely but the company “Little City Group” who manages the property are hard to deal with.We have a baby and really needed heating but they were slow to communicate with us and offered a partial refund which we haven’t seen yet despite my emails to them. It’s been over 2 weeks. The house itself was really lovely though. We enjoyed the beach nearby. "

"Amazing venue not far from Hobart. Stayed 2 nights and as it was not very busy upgraded our room. Fireplace to have a drink beside and breakfast was good. Definitely worth a visit "

"The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed"

"I loved staying at this charming cottage, an easy walk to the beach, cafes, a Japanese fabric shop. The kitchen was pretty well-kitted out which is great because my grown-up children and I all like to cook.Would thoroughly recommend it; and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly. I will definitely be back :)"
