Beautiful and comfortable apartment in Denia, Las Marinas, Costa Blanca, for 4-5 people. The holiday apartment is located in a beach area close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, 50 m from the beach and 4 km from El Vergel in the Santa Ana area at the end of Las Marinas. This beach is ideal for windsurfing lovers. The apartment is very close to the 18-hole Oliva Nova golf course, which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros in 1995, and you will also find the Oliva Nova Equestre center that hosts the best international riders and horsewomen every year on the Mediterranean Equestrian tour. It is also ideal for enjoying a horse ride along the beach or the Marjal.

The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, closed kitchen and in the dining room you will find a nice sofa bed for 1 child. On the terrace you can have lunch or dinner and relax and it offers you nice sea views. The proximity of the beach, places to go out, sports activities and places to go shopping makes this apartment an appropriate accommodation to spend your holidays in Spain with your family, your friends and your pet. You will find a private parking space within the urbanization.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. The keys have to be picked up in the office of Quality Rent in Denia.
