Located in Las Marinas, Denia, this charming rustic and classic holiday home offers accommodation for 8 people, ideal for enjoying relaxing vacations on the Costa Blanca with family and friends. The house is situated in a beach, rural, and residential area, just 25 meters from the beautiful Playa Les Deveses beach and a few kilometers from Els Poblets.



The house, with an area of 120 m², has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Inside, you will find a cozy living room/dining room with air conditioning and television. The patio offers a charming place to enjoy fresh air. There is a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a guest bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.



The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster.



Outside, the fenced plot offers privacy, and the beautiful garden with lawn and trees is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the terrace, barbecue, and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is also a private parking space.



This vacation home is pet-friendly, making it perfect for those who wish to travel with their furry companions. Please only take note of the rules, which you will find displayed in the home: the pet cannot climb onto beds or sofas, we also ask that they spend the minimum time inside the home in case of excessive shedding, and the need to clean up the animal's waste if they relieve themselves in the garden.



Services such as an iron and ironing board are included, as well as bed linens and towels.



Regarding entertainment and leisure activities, the beach of Playa Les Deveses is less than 25 meters from the house.

Muy mala cobertura y no ha funcionado el WiFi en ningún momento aunque lo hayamos reclamado desde el primer día (me llamaron el mismo día que nos íbamos diciendo que por la tarde se pasaba el técnico). Mala comunicación con la agencia ya que nos hemos sentido ignorados por ese motivo, falta de información sobre nuestra estancia (mandaron el equipo de limpieza un día antes). El jardín descuidado con muchas espigas que eran peligrosas para el perro. Cubertería y demás utensilios de la cocina mal fregados o sucios. La barbacoa estaba oxidada. La casa era agradable y con la playa muy cerca.

Ich reise seit 8 Jahren an die Costa Blanca und suche mir dort für 3 Wochen ein Ferienhaus, aber dies war der absolute Horror. Anreise war Samstag Abend,nach wenigen Stunden schon das erste Problem...kein Warmwasser. Das Wasser wird mit einem Durchlauferhitzer mit Gas

La ubicación de la casa es buena, a escasos metros de la playa. La casa se encuentra en mal estado, la casa estaba sucia y el estado de la cocina es lamentable … muy sucia y todos los enseres guardados en unos muebles que despiden un olor a rancio muy desagradable, por lo cual evitábamos guardar nada en su interior, además de que un mueble de la cocina en un par de ocasiones estuvo a punto de caerse encima de alguien. La casa no tiene wifi como Informan en la casa, pero de lo que no informan es que en la casa la cobertura es prácticamente nula … algo de lo que hoy en día deberian de informar.

Un fin de semana en familia genial!.

En general muy bien. La casa está muy bien ubicada, la distribución está genial y tienes restaurantes bastante cerca . Respecto a los profesionales que gestionan la casa , genial !!! Muy serviciales y atentos .
