It has communal garden and swimming pool (pool + children's pool), children's play area, paddle, covered parking in the same building.

The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the sea edge and the inland landscapes, orange and almond fields, charming towns, natural parks. You can also go by boat to Ibiza or visit the theme parks in Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling etc. From Denia, boats depart to Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia, you eat very well. Its numerous restaurants offer tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all palates, both in the typical fishing district, pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces by the sea. It is an ideal place for long walks on the beach, in the port or towards the Castle and typical fishing district. It has a complete commercial offer for shopping. Apartamento amplio, limpio, con vistas fantásticas, Teníamos alquilado para 15 días y alargamos un poco mas de lo bien que hemos estado, zona tranquila, vecinos respetuosos, seguridad y ambiente familiar, y deniasol el trato inmejorable y cercano, a la que solicitábamos alguna cosa, como alguna sabana extra, nos lo facilitaban el mismo día. El año que viene repetiremos seguro.

Apartamento correcto

Es un apartamento muy correcto en una urbanización tranquila frente al mar. La playa no es de arena. Ideal para descansar salvo el fin de semana en que vienen las hijas del vecino y sus amigos, que tienen la costumbre de disertar animadamente a su llegada de 3 a 4 de la mañana y pasar la aspiradora a las 8 am. antes de irse, por lo que los periodos de rekax y descanso que se nos exigen a los inquilinos, los hijos de propietarios los dedican a su jolgorio.... y si les llamas la atención, como es lógico, se lo toman a cachondeo.
