We needed new sheets the day we arrived due to the ones provided were still with sand and dust. When housekeeping brought the new ones the woman wasn't too amicable about bringing new sheets. The bed also caused my wife to itch at night. The power went out at least once every 2 days for less then an hour (I blame LUMA for that). There is a cold spot on the bottom of the stairs which condenses the moisture creating a slip hazard, we figured a towel would suffice but it should be looked into. The room had 2 lightbulbs that didnt work one in the couch and the other on the balcony, the rest were dim and worn out.
The front desk staff are super nice and helpful. They handled all of our questions and requests with attention to detail and a smile.

Had a great stay on this boat. Host & first mate were very responsive and met us at boat when we arrived to go over any questions we had. Beautiful well equipped boat. We had 8 adults, but could have had a few more. The marina we were at was not the one in listing, but was better situated for restaurants ...
