Location was perfect.

Very clean, excellent staff.

It was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and got us discount on tickets for zoo. Bed was fine and breakfast was good and had some protein choices. Would stay again when in area, great location.

Great place to stay if you are spending the weekend in the Gaslamp district or seeing a concert or a game at Petco. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very nice, they have everything the average person needs for a stay and it was all clean.

I stayed 6 days at this hotel over Mother's Day. The staff was very accommodating. If I called down for something I needed, they would make sure I had it. Very attentive. My room was clean and housekeeping provided linens, extra blanket or microwave if requested through the front desk. My family and I ate a late lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious. We had a Turkey club, the fish tacos, and Caesar salad all were excellent! Only complaint is the coffee in the Coffee Shop. I’m a coffee snob but even if I wasn’t, it was the weakest coffee. I decided to give it a second chance the next day and ended up adding two shots, an extra regular and a decaf. Still watery! The pool area is very nice but you need to go about 11-noon for a spot. I enjoyed my stay while visiting family in the area. I would stay again.
