"A great, affordable, clean suite. The hosts were amazing and were always available if I had questions, but otherwise let me be which was awesome! If I'm ever back in delta I'll definitely book again!"

"Positives: owner was very responsive about questions and details. Property was relatively clean. Neighborhood was fine. Negatives: we were supposed to rent the basement suite, but upon arriving the owner put us upstairs. It was nicer, but there was another guest in one of the bedrooms and that guest had a lock on their door and none of us did! The owner had said she had some leakage in the space downstairs, and we did appreciate being placed upstairs as it was nicer, but ultimately, when the details changed and we gained a suite mate, I feel we should have been given a choice to still rent or or to get a refund. Also, there were no clean towels that I could find and not many blankets. We wrote about the blankets, and she said to go downstairs to get some more, and the ones I saw were on a bed that someone else had clearly slept in recently, so I took two from there and tried not to think about it. The suite mate was fine (a lady and her cat) and overall, for the price, it was good, but in the future, clean towels and blankets are a must (with top sheets!), and being forthright if the situation is more of a communal living situation. Thanks!"

"The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. There’s no stairs and the beds were very comfortable. It became a quite refuge for us after busy days helping care for a very I’ll friend. I’ld love to stay here again. Next time we might have time for the hot tub. Thank you for being so hospitable and answering any questions immediately."
