Find hotels in Tropic Palms, Delray Beach

"This establishment is advertised as a hotel but it is an upgraded motel. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. However, we had several concerns. The water was having a yellow coloring in the kitchen and in the bathroom so it did not seem drinkable. The hotel did not feel safe. Someone was knocking on our door late at night the first night and tried the code to get in. The hotel restaurant had a friendly staff, but a very slow service. We had to wait about 25 minutes to order breakfast and then when we finally did, we were informed that they ran out of two items that we wanted to get. The hotel offers an EV shuttle, which is great but when we called to get picked up from the beach, we were told that we would have to wait for about 2 hours. "

"Maybe understaffed? Lobby bar service was beyond terrible. After waiting 30 minutes for service , I left. Very disappointed after a long day that I had to leave to find food. Room was big but awkwardly laid out, missing furniture pieces perhaps. Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Bed was nice. Unfortunately the ac made noise and kept me awake all night. Overall, terrible for the price. "

"The reception area, grounds and room were very clean and well maintained. The receptionists were pleasant and professional. The room attendants were loud and obnoxious, ignoring the do not disturb hanger and holding loud conversations first thing in the morning while guests try to sleep."

"The place is great and Aaron the manager is amazing like the rest of his staff. Especially Kriss who makes the beach effortless to find a chair with an umbrella?"

"Very dirty carpets and my room smelled like BO. I called ahead and asked for adjoining rooms and they said no problem and when I got there there was no note of the call. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay again "
