Please be mindful that it is a residential society and loud music is not at all appreciated. Post legally permitted time soft music can be played within the apartment which does not disturbs neighbours.
House cleaning is done every second day of stay.
Bedsheets & Towels are changed every third day.
Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Smoking inside the apartment will attract penalty of Rs. 2000/-
Misplacement of keys will attract a penalty of Rs. 3000/- as we have to change entire locking system.
Refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/- is required at the time of check in.
Copy of passport and visa for foreign nationals and government ID for Indian nationals of each guest is required at the time of check in.
