「Photos are very accurate and house is clean. Communication with owner via app was good. Check-in a breeze and check-out, while it had a few requirements, was clearly communicated. House worked well for us (close to downtown and we had a car to get around). Neighborhood is okay - a bit transitional and it is steps from the train which whistled nightly at 10 pm. Be sure to check out Greenfield Park and the South Front area which is just 2 blocks away - several great restaurants and an awesome...

「Got to property and didn’t even check in, House is in good condition but every house around it is dilapidated. We felt very unsafe and like we were being targeted, I would not stay here and I’m very open and typically not a fearful person. This is not a good area and truly believe we had a chance of being robbed, my son overheard people riding by on their bikes talking about drug transactions. Not as advertise and very disappointing. Owner did not give us even a partial refund so maybe be sure...
