"Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. Phone didn't work. Engineer and front desk were very kind but they never made any offer for the problems we faced. Even soap wasn't left in the room by housekeeping. "

Well equipped and the trial view was amazing. The bathroom was small, but honestly I would stay again. Staff was a friendly and kind to us and knowledgeable. "
