「This property was awesome and we were super satisfied with our stay. The game room was a big hit with our kids. The house has central AC (rare in Philly) and has been totally remodeled with very nice bathrooms and updated appliances. 「Beautifully decorated! Chic space. We did not receive directions to the parking spot in which the entrance was on a different road. I had to text and call. A few added features could have enhanced the stay. There were no tissue boxes, lotion, k-cups, hand towel and bath towel hooks. Rooftop needed to be cleaned. Large space and loved how there was a dedicated parking spot! Overall, I would highly recommend!」

「This property is exactly as listed! We stayed to be close to CHOP for hospital appointments & it is a great location for that as well as anything in Philadelphia. EVERYTHING we did was 20min or less away. Sometimes we drove but mostly used Uber which is cheap & always many drivers around so our longest wait was 5min. 「My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. 「Fishtown is quite the place to be when staying in Philly. It has plenty of options for entertainment, eating and shopping. Only problem is parking which is tight but we were able to manage it. It is best if you did not bring a car. The apartment was very chic and comfortable. I plan to return in two weeks for a second stay in December, Great value 」

「It was a wonderful place for two couples and our daughter!! We had a great stay in a nice neighborhood. House is older (so it shows its years), but you are in a historical city. There is lots of room for all. Communication was AMAZING with the owner and we appreciated the prompt responses and flexibility. 」
