Staff very friendly and hotel manager as well:) One oddity, closet cupboard stood between wall TV and couch (the only soft seat in the room) so the only way to watch a movie is from the bed. Not a deal breaker but when in between events the last thing I want to do is lie on bed just to be entertained."
