「My two main concerns were about amenities in the room: 1) the shampoo was completely empty, and I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. The 3 large bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are mounted to the wall so I couldn’t have known by testing the weight of the bottle, which also meant I couldn’t turn it upside down and let gravity help the situation. The bottles are obviously not checked/ topped up on a regular basis.
2) The TV did not work consistently, it would shut itself...
