Living Waters Luxury Beachfront Estate

"We had an amazing stay at Living Waters! Communication was excellent! Christal was so kind and helpful- met us at the airport escorted us to get some groceries and we followed her to the house in our rental car. Highly recommend Dash Island Rentals for rental cars!! Definitely have Dulce cook for you - she is incredible and the food was delicious! We did two snorkel trips with Handford Tours and i cannot say enough how much fun we had. They picked us up from the dock for a completely private tour. He and Ben were the best guides- so knowledgable and took us to spots that were gorgeous and no one else was there - felt like the entire reef was ours. Snorkeling with nurse sharks and sting rays was a highlight! The house is beautiful, clean and Lany took great care of the grounds at all times. We had a bonfire on the beach our last night that Lany prepared for us and he was always up early cleaning up the grounds and making sure we were all good. We used the kayaks and snorkel gear to go out to the reef just beyond the house, or we just relaxed in the pool and watched the water. It was the perfect vacation - so quiet and peaceful! It’s wonderful to be away from the cruise ship crowds and on the quiet end of the island. One night, we ate dinner at Camp Bay Lodge which is just a couple doors down. I wish we could stay longer!! We’re already planning our next trip to Living Waters! Thank you to everyone that helped make it such a special week!!"

"The home was in a safe secluded area. Accessing the home on the roadways was difficult, about an hour and a half from West Bay, with terrible roads, but by water if you have a boat it would be wonderful. The pool is clean, larger than it looks in pictures and was an added bonus. There are a few homes near by but they do not take away from the seclusion of this place. We enjoyed the little loft bonus room for kids, but it has an outside entry seperate from the home. Water in front of the home isnt very clear for snorkeling, lots of sea grass. The reef is to far out to swim. We wished we had a boat. Home could use updating, fans need fixed, windows are wood slat so do not count on using ac. Remotes to ac did not work in main home. Our biggest complaint was lack of privacy from the home owner himself. Though very nice, owner was there nearly everyday, multiple times and early mornings, once before 5am. Painters and workers at the home disturbing our peace and privacy. Too many cameras on the property to feel we had privacy. More than any vrbo I have ever used. 4 near the pool alone. Complaints were managed quickly and host was easy to communicate with. We appreciate Daisy escorting us from the airport to the home and Sherri helping with our rental car. Added over 120 for electricity in 9 days, without ac use, fyi. Electricity not included. We knew that."
Port Paradise - Oceanfront with Private Beach - Kayaks & World Class Snorkeling

"My wife and I stayed at Port Paradise for a week in May for our 20th anniversary because we wanted a quiet and secluded location away from the typical tourist hotspots. It did not disappoint.Renee was an excellent host, helping in any way necessary. She helped coordinate with a both a fishing and scuba guide so we could be picked up right at the dock. No issues whatsoever planning those activities. Most everyone was using WhatsApp for communication. Cell service was not an issue and WiFi at the house was good.Carlos was also fantastic, helping with anything we needed and taking us out for a day trip to Jade Beach and Pigeon Cay to swim with the nurse sharks and rays, then to a local restaurant in Santa Elena. Highly recommended.The house was great, everything was clean and worked well. We knew once we got out there that we didn’t want to venture back into town so we tried to get everything we needed for the week at Eldon’s in French Harbour. There is also another grocery next to Eldon’s with additional organic and “clean eating” type products. Glad we did because going back into town would’ve taken up a good portion of a vacation day.The drive isn’t difficult, a little over an hour to experience the local driving culture. There was some road construction. The last mile is a little rough, but doable in the compact SUV we rented.The snorkeling right around Cow and Calf was awesome as well.We loved everything about our trip and hope to be back soon!"
