Loved this place! Our first trip to Death Valley National Park & we were there 4 days. The Ranch was conviently close to the Badwater Basin (lowest point below sea level in North America), Artist Palette drive, Devil's Golf Course, Zabriskie Point, 20 Mule Team Canyon drive & if you're coming from the west, Father Crowley's Vista Point & Rainbow Canyon where fighter pilots train & the Sand Dunes. The grounds were very nice & walkable. Rooms have balconies or patios. Beds & pillows were very comfy. Nice, extra large bathroom with tiled shower. Adequate number of bath towels, standard quality. Ice machine & filtered water cooler. No refrigerator though. The old fashioned Ice Cream Parlor had the best ice cream sundies! Nice gift shop/general store. On-site restaurants available. The Saloon was our favorite. Very nice pool too. I highly recommend the Ranch at the Oasis if your travels take you through Death Valley.
