"This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). Has all the apps on the tv to enjoy like Netflix, NFL, Peacock, etc. The only downside is that it’s kind of in the ghetto but there is a gate that separates the nice apartments from the neighborhood next to it. "We were there for a volleyball tournament. About a five minute walk to the convention center. Great central location and a ten minute walk to the Farmer’s market, restaurants, and the Marketpkace. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the JFK Memorial sights.One thing we noticed was the entire building had what we felt was a mothball smell. Very obvious as we entered daily. Not just the apartment, but the building."
