The location is not the best area of Madrid and a bit of a walk to the centre uphill. They have another property in the north which would be better. The condition of the property was ok and had good facilities like washing machine. Ironing board is small and not the easiest but works. Air con gave us both a chesty cough

This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler. The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit. We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review).
