"The hotel location was excellent and the staff was friendly. Free coffee and tea at the hotel's cafe area was nice as well. However, we stayed in a lower-level room, where you had to take a very narrow winding staircase to get to, which is not very safe especially when carrying luggage. The room was extremely small, the bed was small for 2 people and up against the wall on one side, and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Maybe some of the upstairs rooms are better, but I would not recommend staying in the smaller rooms if traveling with 2 people."

"The staff were very nice and we really appreciated the ability to drop off our luggage before we could check-in. This hotel in general is in a good location that is close to public transit. Our particular room was the on the 4th floor close to the roof and there isn't an elevator from the 3rd to the 4th. Luckily we packed light so it wasn't a problem for us."

"Lower cost alternative when wanting to stay near the Museum Quarter. Hotel is on the edge of Vondel Park, a beautiful area for walking and biking, and an easy walk to all the Museum Quarter’s many museums (Rijks, Van Gogh, Moco, Stedelijk) plus the Concertgebouw. The hotel staff was very helpful with minor problems and especially helpful during a minor medical emergency. Hotel is well maintained and comfortable with good sized rooms. Numerous restaurants within a convenient walk."

"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

"The property is in a great location. Close to many attractions. However, the pictures on your website looked nothing like our postage stamp sized room. Our room was hot and airless. We had a courtyard room-the courtyard housed the garbage bins and brooms. Had to ask twice for a hairdryer (as mentioned on their website). Originally told there were no hairdryers. The television did not work, nor did the fan. The bed was smaller than a double. We had three sleepless nights. One would need to be desperate to book this hotel again."

"We booked this room because it was cheaper compared to other locations closer to the city centre, but really, was still more expensive than we wanted to spend for 3 nights. This was a little further than we would’ve liked but we enjoyed walking. Rooms are small, but that doesn’t bother us. Our bed was broken, it basically rolled both of us to the middle."
