With the best oceanfront views in Daytona Beach Shores, the Sanibel Condominium provides visitors with the ultimate beach getaway. Daily, a beautiful skyline greets you as you enjoy the gorgeous, refurbished pool and hot tub. In addition, comfy new beach furniture and umbrellas protect you from the hot rays of the season. For cloudy days, the building’s Game Room and Gym are available for guests.
Unit 804 has 2200 square feet of comfortable living and play space. Guests enjoy three bedrooms, three baths, new kitchen appliances, a dining room for eight, and an open living area with a 65 inch TV. The living room provides access to the balcony and the dynamic views of the ocean and, looking to the south, the rocket launches from Cape Kennedy. Further, Sanibel’s prime location between the drive on beach and the no drive beach, offers stress free access to the beach for the entire family. Plus, you are just a short walk from the SunGlow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe’s, a popular dining spot for visitors and residents alike.
The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, offers private access to the balcony, and a bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and walk- in closet. The front ensuite bedroom provides a second king bed, full bath with shower, and walk in closet. The third bedroom features extra long twin beds for the tall members of your group and a walk in closet. The third full bath is next door to the bedroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and one offers access to gaming sites for all ages. A large washer, dryer, beach towels and beach chairs are also available.
Visitors are allowed two parking spots. The assigned area for 804 is in the garage, and the second parking area is available on a first come first served basis in the front lot of the building. Both the garage and the front lot require cars to have parking permits in view. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
