Both Elevators are now New & open!

This upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front unit has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings throughout. Now featuring king beds in each bedroom. Elegantly decorated for those with discriminating tastes. Every room in this unit looks at the ocean, so prepare to be surrounded by water. This complex offers tennis/pickle ball courts by the ocean on a huge sundeck and a roof top restaurant 'The Top of Daytona'. It is also right next to the Shores Resort & Spa offering full spa services just steps away from your front door.
Our first new elevator opened 2/17/25. The second elevator is opened 5/23/25! Both are High speed and super smooth with no more occupancy restrictions! With only 4 condos per floor service is now very quick.

Very Nice Condo!

We had a great stay! This was our second time renting this condo. The condo is clean, well appointed, and the views are fantastic. The unit matches the pictures. The host is very responsive and easy to work with. Look forward to staying here again!

Super relaxing time

The sunrises are spectacular and the balcony is so relaxing. The unit is clean, nice and fully outfitted with everything you need for your stay. Bringing or renting bikes is an absolute must. You can ride on the beach for 10 miles in both directions with great restaurants on the water and on A1A, parks, nature preserves. Riding to all of them is very fun. It can get windy at times so e-bikes are what we use. Downtown Daytona is just a few miles away. A very easy ride. You have to experience the Daytona Riverfront Esplanade. A very beautiful park. There are also a bunch of fun shops on North Beach Street.

Stunning views

Most everything about our stay was wonderful! First the few small things need improvement. They are easy to rectify so I hope they will. No clocks anywhere in the unit and especially no clocks in the bedroom. No trash can in bedrooms, no hand soap in kitchen. Curtains were not operating as functional as they should have. I wish they had been blackout so we could have slept in. Having said all of that, there is no better view possible anywhere on Daytona!!! Security has been made a priority as well. The beds were super comfortable. The property is well maintained and everything else was wonderful and amazing. Communication was the best of the best and We absolutely will stay there again!!!

Love this condo. Everything is just exactly as described. Owners and staff are very responsive to questions and or requests. This is my second stay and will be booking again for next year. Great vacation before the snow flies in Buffalo!

Does not Disappoint

Our second time renting here and once again the expectations were exceeded. Property is clean, spacious and comfortable. You cannot beat the view either; it's spectacular. Owner was communicative and was very helpful when last minute the pool was closed for maintenance. Highly recommend if visiting the area and looking for a home away from home atmosphere.

Jeep Beach

Condo was so clean, updated, & cool. Every appliance we needed was present. The extra fans in the closet helped a lot also for when the air went down for one day while we were visiting. The beds were so comfy. It’s a great area & no safety issues. The key fob went down during our stay & the building manager graciously let us borrow one of his so I wouldn’t have to use the stairs to get to the pool (knee issues). The only thing we wished the building had was an indoor pool & an easier way to get to the beach (stairs again). But overall great place for you or your family to stay. The ice cream shop adjacent to the building, Cherry Hill is a must while you are in the area!

All about the view and location

Can’t beat the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the intercoastal waterway and downtown Daytona beach from the balcony. Condo is nicely furnished. Building is very clean. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within a short drive. Much quieter area than Daytona beach.

Great Condo with Beautiful Views

My best friend and I met in Florida for a music festival and stayed at this condo. It was a perfect retreat and had everything I was looking for - two suites with separate bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony, ocean views, and easy access to the ocean, pools, etc. We were able to take it easy and relax at the ocean during the day and take a quick ride over to the Daytona Speedway in the evenings to enjoy the festival. The best of both worlds! Thank you to Dennis, Carmen, April, and May for being such gracious hosts, for answering all my questions, and for providing a seamless enjoyable stay!

Spring break

We had an amazing time at Peck Plaza! The views were the best we've ever had. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching all of the pelicans fly by. We would love to come back and I'd recommend it to anyone!!

Great Condo

The condo was convenient and nicely decorated. They could add a few extra things for convenience, example: a butter dish, glad wrap, or a wine bottle opener. There were only 2 towels in the guest room for a 4 day stay. These are minor inconveniences. I think we would stay there again if we are in the neighborhood. The view is spectacular, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Dennis and Carmen were more than helpful as we had to change our initial reservations. Super nice people. I would recommend this condo for others.
