Everything was perfect and as described. First thing that stood out was the cleanliness. The decor was thoughtful and appropriate. Views are STUNNING. The pool is actually heated! Last place we stayed advertised as such and it definitely was not. Bike Week is of course noisy, but once you get on the balcony and listen to the gentle yet crashing waves, it's pure bliss. Hot tub and sauna were great, too. Host is very responsive and helpful although once we got there, we didn't need anything. Centrally located across the street from Publix, Walgreens, close to dozens of restaurants and right on the beach. What more could you ask for?

5 stars all the way. We loved the beach. We went swimming and sat in the hottub. We loved watching the waves. The condo was clean and cozy. I can't wait to go back. 5 stars thank you it was the best little condo on the beach.

Williams place was exactly like the picture showed. There was an issue and William personally called to apologize which was amazing! We loved the view from our room, even got to see whales from our room Christmas morning! The indoor pool was not heated but we were there for the beach anyways! We will be back! It was so close to the tidepools that we went every day!

Bill was an outstanding host. We booked our reservations at a 40% discount due to the pools, hot tubs and amenities being closed. We were pleasantly surprised when the discounts were honored even though the main pool, hot tub, fitness room and sauna were re-opened prior to our stay. We have stayed at Daytona Beach Resort several times and this unit is, by far, the nicest of any.

Beautiful Condo

This was a fantastic week getaway for my family. Beautiful condo with everything we could need. The beach was perfect with a lifegaurd right out in front of the resort. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!! Hopefully we will be back soon.

Perfect location. Great unit!

We booked having stayed at the DBR in the past (10+ ago) years. While the resort has seen some hurricane damage and overall decline, the unit we booked was great. Everything we needed was right there. The location of this property is great, a little away from the Daytona busy-ness and closer to quiet Ormond Beach. Publix is right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The teenagers traveling with me prefer the ocean over a pool so the pools being out of order right now so not an issue for us. Overall, we would book again.

Great Views in a prime spot

Great location steps away from the beach. Beautiful balcony views. Across the street is a publix, Wslgreens and several restaurants. Room was clean, well appointed and roomy. Building still making repairs after last year's hurricane.

Nice unit, could use some more paint on the white walls. No bugs that was a plus. Long walk to the beach, a lot of the view is blocked by palm trees. Would still recommend this unit

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Daytona Resort and Conference Center. Everything was clean and exactly as listed. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, but it was resolved quickly. The best part is that the condo is right on the beach, which was perfect. William was very kind and accommodating. He is very helpful and quick to respond when need to communicate with him. I would stay here again.

Great location

Loved the location on the beach. Bill was a great host and very responsive to emails. There are so many great restaurants to choose from as well as activities. The property was very clean and stocked with many essentials. Had a great beach vibe to the decor. We would definitely book this location in the future if we had a need!

Great View

My sister and I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great view with spectacular sun rises each morning. I definitely enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.
