"This property is right in Davis. I parked my car when I got there and didn't move it until I left. This was a different type of trip for me. I enjoyed walking everywhere. It was nice to take my time and enjoy this town. I spent the day before checking in at Seneca Rocks and check out day at Blackwater Falls. It was perfect. This house was so convenient to everything. It's in town yet at night it's so peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend a stay here."

"in all my years of using Vrbo this has been my favorite property! It was such a cute, clean, unique welcoming experience and great attention to detail throughout the house!. The miners theme decorations made the space even better! Serious thoughtful artistic talent went into this space! The view from the upstairs bedroom of the mountains was perfect for sunrise and sunsets! Indoor and outdoor space was equally great! Can't say enough good things!It's very comfortable for two people for sure. There's a pull out couch for 1-2 more and that might feel a little tight. But it would be fine especially if the weather is good and you can hang in the outside porch/ spaces. Be aware that the steps from the living area to the bedroom are extra steep and could be challenging to some. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back one day!"

"The house is wonderful and beautifully appointed! The large windows overlooking the Blackwater River make for an amazing view from inside or from the deck on the top floor. Watched the sun rise from the deck on the back each morning. Location is perfect. It is very close to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley as well as many other area outdoor activities which we enjoyed. The hosts made us feel very welcome and even shared a map of their favorite roads for leaf looking, which was absolutely beautiful too! They were so kind. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It is a very cozy stay with everything I could think of I need. Bathroom has more than enough towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, etc. Kitchen has microwave, all kinds of coffee, seasonings, plates, fridge, etc. The location is very convenient too, walking distance to everything. It is a perfect stay for about 3 people. I would def come back if I would be nearby Davis again."
