Location was awesome. Carpet in the room was dated. Everything else acceptable for the pricepoint. Breakfast buffet was overpriced $75 for our stay between xmas and new years, but there were other options. Elevators were not all functioning and for such a large hotel you need all elevators. A couple of times we waited over 15 mins to get down from the 12th flooor (out of 46 Floors)

Courtyard Marriott was the perfect place to stay no matter what you were doing. The walk ability was very easy and the subway was convenient. The staff was very pleasant in the area was safe. Will stay here again.
