"The pool area was a bit run down. Need new cushions and a bit of repair work....the restaurant/bar was closed. The gym was really not good. Machines did not work and many of the weights were missing."

"The room had not been vacuumed in awhile. Found 2 dead roaches under the desk. Daily housekeeping didn’t happen. Trash was not emptied. Stayed 4 nights and every night when we returned, our keys did not open the door. Eventually we would pick up new keys before going to our room. Water pressure was poor in the shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Provided shuttle service, for a fee, to airport and cruise port. Property was very nice. "

"I asked for two extra towels, I was told they didn’t have any, I also asked for an ice bucket but was given a small plastic bag instead, the tv in the room wasn’t even hooked up, after asking several times to be moved to a different room they reluctantly did it, terrible experience."
