The room was in good condition. And the location isn’t too bad. But the staff was kind of aloof. Also the hotel as a whole makes good use of the “angles” online. It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here.

If you want an affordable and safe property, this is for you. If you are looking for a nice hotel in a large city with all the amenities, it is a disappointment. Reminded me of hotel type in the provinces.

Front office staff were very helpful, respectful, and friendly. This is a review of the hotel room conditions. First room was awful. Leaking faucet and disgusting looking sink, with mottled caulking. I complained so We were transferred to another room. No hot water and the shower head was spraying mist instead of water. Same condition as the other one. We were so tired so we stayed in the room. The next morning,I complained about the condition of the room, so we were then transferred again to a suite that only slightly better than the first two room. The bathroom is in bad need for maintenance and the room needs to be renovated , or at repair areas that has the paint falling off., broken window frame that allowed dust and inspect to enter room. Leaking faucet. Even after the window was repaired, there was still a gap that allowed hot air, dust and possibly insect to come in. Windows are dirty. Water heater discharged water from barely warm to scorching hot at the same temperature setting. I had the displeasure of staying at bad hotels, but my stay at those hotels were out of necessity. Based on the condition of the suite and other rooms we saw and slept in, This hotel definitely overcharges for what they offer. Finally, the first, and only, time i ordered food at the hotel restaurant, i had to return the eggs twice.

I recently stayed at Panorama Summit Hotel in Buhangin, Davao. While the staff was friendly, the hotel needs some upgrades, especially in cleanliness and decor. It would be great to have disposable slippers for guests. Also, the location can be tricky due to heavy traffic at the intersection.

Great dining at the restaurant and first hot shower in weeks! The hotel does not allow outside food until the restaurant closes at 10 pm so we feared high prices but everything was reasonable and delicious. It is now one of our favorites in Davao. We were there for only a few hours arriving after dark and leaving before dawn but the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

A great place to stay

The one thing that’s today in this hotel was the friendliness efficiency of the reception team made you feel part of the family The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout The breakfast let itself down in my opinion as it didn’t really cater for the international guest mainly for the local guest but that’s not a big issue I really enjoyed my stay and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and once again the hotel was spotless throughout

Staff brilliant.Service outstanding.Special mention to Greg who was awesome.Short tricycle ride to many stalls and shopping centre.Lovely restaurant.Reasonably priced.Walls of rooms very thin so if neighbours noisy may not suit some or if noisy in corridors and both rooms were not cleaned on last day 😞 But staff smiles were infectious and great to deal with
