I always stay in this hotel - it is conveniently near the airport on the main highway and is a good base to prepare for longer trips into Mindanao. While it could do with some modernisation, it is otherwise clean and tidy, with very friendly and efficient staff. There is offroad parking if you hire a vehicle, and a shopping centre across the road and many small businesses in the area.

Convenient location for the airport and next to a shopping centre. Secure off-street parking if required. Rooms are fairly basic and could do with modernisation, but are otherwise a good size and comfortable. Can be noisy if on the street/traffic side, but quiet if at the back.

Yes I would stay here again

In spite of a lick of paint here and there the hotel was as I expected having stayed there before. The room was very large with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a nice temperature. Food was available on the 5th floor in a clean and tidy dining room and we were served by pleasant staff. Reception staff were very polite and friendly and could not be faulted…happy and smiley at all times.

PRO Clean and tidy hotel, very convenient for the airport and very helpful staff. Short walk to nearby shopping mall and local shops. Offroad secure parking was provided. CONS rooms need bit of an upgrade, and there were no spare power points in the room to plug anything into e.g. phone chargers. No kettle or other amenities provided though the staff supplied hot water on request.

Would recommend

Although some areas were in need of a facelift overall we were very satisfied. We needed to visit the Davao Maritime Academy and the hotels location was spot on….only a 20peso tricycle ride away. It’s even closer the Gaisano Grand Shopping Mall with its many outlets. The staff we very friendly and helpful, they were very polite too. We paid around 4,300 peso for our three bedded room for one night. Complimentary breakfast of Bangui, rice, scrambled egg and doffed was served in our room.
