Good hotel with a good location to Victoria Rail Station. Hard to access whilst construction work is ongoing. Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. Couldn't enjoy the included breakfast as did not start until 7am, we had to be on a train at that time. Earlier start to breakfast would be nice.

We loved our first stay at One Aldwych. We highly recommend it for location, facilities, staff and overall excellence. There are so many excellent hotels in London but we won’t be looking elsewhere and will book again if ever in London.
