The staff were very nice and helpful overall. However, the actual location of the hotel isn’t where it’s shown on the map on the listing here and that did matter a lot as the hotel is on a steep ramp and it’s physically very difficult to get to the hotel and city center by walking even though I’m young and fit. Also, the wifi was down during our stay and filter coffee wasn’t available for breakfast as the machine was down as well. The towels smelled clean but they had yellow stains on them. Hand soaps weren’t available as we first got in, we received them after we ask for it. The shower gel was also very low and should have been checked before we checked in. Besides the staff and their good attitude, I’m not pleased with this hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an willkommen gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder! Schöne Grüße Levent D.
