「The stove in the hotel's kitchen was broken so there was no hot food for both of our breakfasts. Also, no hot food for both of the manager's socials. In addition, at the second social, the beer keg was empty and the replacement keg was all foam and warm rendering it undrinkable. Therefore, no beer. Many unhappy guests. It seems it would have been appropriate to offer guests a rebate or some sort of compensation for these difficiencies. Also, our room carpet had two holes in the carpet. ...
