The room was ok. Beds were much smaller than expected. They seemed to be full size not Queen as advertised. Exterior security was nonexistent! 30 vehicles had their windows broken out overnight! It was suggested to my husband this was not the 1st time. Needless to say we left the next morning. Won't be staying there again.

The staff were amazing. The check in process was seamless and quick, she was super friendly and the rooms were clean. Also we loved the fitness centre it was fantastic!

The room is clean and quiet, staff friendly.

Construction and Minumal 10 dollar blackjack tables. The exits are also hard to find. Otherwise we had the BEST time!! Bob Dylan and the Amphitheater were dynamite. Lovely!

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room itself was not well maintained—we found mold in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Another major inconvenience was that there were no easily accessible water refill stations. Every time we needed to refill our water bottles, we had to go all the way down to the gym floor, which became frustrating very quickly. The Wi-Fi situation was another disaster. We couldn’t connect at all, and there were no instructions provided at check-in or in the room. When I called the front desk for help, the staff seemed completely clueless. Instead of offering a solution, I was told that an engineer could possibly come by the next morning to assist us. Seriously, how hard should it be to help guests connect to Wi-Fi? The food service was just as frustrating. Around 9:30–10:00 PM, we tried ordering two grilled cheese sandwiches. We were first told to order online, but when we tried, the website gave us an error because online ordering had apparently already closed. We then went downstairs, only to be met with a rude bartender who was unhelpful and dismissive. After being sent in circles just trying to order something as simple as grilled cheese, we gave up and canceled our order. Overall, between the mold, the lack of convenient amenities, the Wi-Fi issues, and the poor customer service, this was a very frustrating stay. I expected much better and would not choose to stay here again.
