"Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!"

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!"

"Two older couples, friends of 40+ years , we try to do a getaway a couple times every year. Batavia has always been our half way between spot. We usually do a motel. This was so much better! It is so close to everything, and we were so comfortable! We will definitely be back again."

"We rented this for a Fri-Sun baseball tournament. It was very close to both the park and fields we were playing on as well as Darien Lake. The home was clean with lots of updates in the house including an a/c unit in 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The bunk bed room did get a little warm as it was warm this weekend, but my kids just swapped to a different room with an a/c. The beds were very comfortable and large. "Rooms were very clean with comfortable bedding. Great use of room space with large clear TV. Bathroom was nicely laid out. Enjoyed the access to either the rain-head or regular shower with the soaps and shampoos available. Front desk registration was quick during check in services and was kind enough to answer questions about the restaurants or a place to eat after arriving late afternoon. Look forward to coming back the Eva Hotel the next time I am in town. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
