"The room was cleaned every day in my 5 day stay. Free breakfast was lacking. Close to highway, stores and restaurants. "

"The first room/first night the heater was stuck. It kept getting hotter and hotter and we couldn’t turn it off. Called the front desk and the only solution was to move rooms but it was 3ish in the morning. I finally googled how to turn it off manually and took off the front of the heater to find the switch. The second night/second room the sink was clogged and you couldn’t move the stopper. The staff was nice but the hotel itself could use some work."

"Parking is easy, sometimes a bit crowded if arriving later in the evening, but easy and the road its on is also not a super busy road. We stay on our visits to ct/ny so we can easily train towards new york, or rental car for heading further into ct. Just super convenient and easy for our visits. Always clean, sometimes it seems the doors close loudly in other rooms or maybe we just end up staying at the same times as “door slammers” lol, but not in a horrible way. Maybe theyre just heavy closing doors. Rooms are always super clean and its peaceful. "

"Warning to anyone with a service animal, know your rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I was told I have to let them know I have a service dog BEFORE arriving.(THAT IS FALSE! ) She told me I must have a certification card that shows my service dog is trained and registered. (THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!) The Americans with disabilities act says that a hotel\motel can NOT ask for ANY certification of any kind. She told me they put people with service animals in specific rooms that they designated for animals. (That is a violation of your rights!) The ACT says that people with service animals MUST be put in the same rooms as people without service animals. I'm the 5 minutes that I spoke to her, she violated so many of my rights. Any of the things she said could be grounds for a lawsuit against them for violating my rights as defined in the Americans with disabilities act. The next morning when checking out I spoke to the gentleman that owns the motel, and told him what happened, he was much easier to talk to and we discussed what transpired. Know your rights! Service animals are not pets, they are federally protected medical necessities. Besides that, our stay was great. "

"Stay was very good. The room was very clean The hotel is conveniently located. The only request would be to have a mild coffee choice in addition to the bold version that is available. "

"The room on the first floor near the lobby should be avoided at all times. The noise from the lobby, from hallways and from the adjacent room was so loud and disruptive it was impossible to sleep."

"We stayed 2 nights. The lighting in the room was just ok...Excellent in bathroom. Night light feature would have been helpful ; and another light in the anti-room for reading. The upper plug at the desk electrical outlet was too loose to hold a standard recharging plug and wouldn't adequately charge my phone; tried using the upper plug at the coffee station but that too was "loosey goosey".. Breakfast bar was standard fare but very nicely presented- raisin bran cereal was stale; eggs were delicious; apple was way past fresh; but melons were tasty.. Staff were very polite; our room, hallways, lounges and hotel entry were very clean/ no odors. Great location for travelers along Rt 84. Not sure how it would be when there was a conference in session or the hotel more crowded. For use it was very good ; and we would not hesitate to stay there again "
