「If I could give it 6 stars I would! Very nice one bedroom apartment located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Close to the center of town for shopping. Charles is an outstanding host. We used to stay in the local hotels when visiting family in Southbury but no more, from now on Charles will have us as repeat guests. Highly recommend.」

「Overall we had a great stay, the split unit air conditioner stopped working after a few days but the property manager quickly resolved the problem as temperatures were rising. Kitchen in the apartment is equipped for a long stay as it had most of what we needed. Would recommend. 」

「The apartment is located in the hub bub of Stamford, a nice area very populated even in the evening where it feels safe. Apartment had all amenities that I needed. The host provided extra touches like a Keurig coffee pot stocked with Keurig cups and sugar. A washing machine and dryer were a plus as I like to pack only clean clothes. Bed was super comfortable. 「I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.」

「We were two couples who stayed one night as we were going to a concert at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater. This was absolutely perfect and the location was great since we could walk to the venue as well as a great restaurant we found nearby. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.」
