The Space:
The new vacation apartment was only built in 2020/21 in the center of the Ostseebad Damp. It is located directly at the harbor and is only about 400m from the main beach and about 300m from the dog beach. From here you can reach everything that is important for a relaxing time (Baltic Sea, gastronomy, wellness, recreation, bicycle tours, hiking, shopping, children's entertainment, water sports, sauna area and much more) within a few minutes' walk.
With its 78 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 6 people and ensures a relaxing vacation with its very comfortable furnishings.
The bright living area has a large smart TV with Giga TV, various seating areas and a large, comfortable sofa bed, where you can end your eventful vacation days together.
The apartment also has a new, fully equipped kitchen and a counter with bar stools for a relaxed chat between the dining area and kitchen. The apartment is south-facing, so you can enjoy the sunrise at the dining table in the morning and the sun on the large balcony with bangkirai terrace and modern garden furniture (even with a limited sea view) in the afternoon.
A high chair is available in the apartment for your child.
In the first bedroom you will find a very comfortable king-size bed, another flat-screen TV, a closet and a quiet work area with a desk, so that working from home is also possible without restrictions.
In the second bedroom, there are two single beds next to the flat-screen TV, each of which can be converted into a full double bed.
All rooms have floor-to-ceiling, triple-glazed windows.
A modern, digital ventilation system ensures ideal indoor air quality in all rooms.
The modern daylight bathroom has a walk-in glass shower.
There is also a baby travel cot in the accommodation, which can be set up in the bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
You live centrally in the Ostseebad Damp. The marina, supermarket, bakery, various restaurants and bars - from beach bistros to sophisticated cuisine - as well as both beaches, the water ski facility, playgrounds, mini golf course, swimming pool (discovery pool), the Mare Mara wellness center, other wellness facilities, sauna area, ATM and much more are all within a short walking distance.
Also in the immediate vicinity: Gut Damp, riding stables, surf school, tennis courts, squash and badminton courts, stand-up paddling and various excursion destinations (a stone's throw to Denmark, Flensburg, Schlei, amusement park, sailing, Eckernförde, Viking village).
Even if the weather is bad, all weather-independent facilities, such as indoor sports and games centers with climbing and skating facilities, tennis, badminton, squash, indoor riding arena, swimming pools, sauna area, restaurants, etc. are within easy walking distance.
Numerous Nordic walking trails and cycle paths are right on the doorstep.
A bike and SUP rental is only about 200 m away (between the dog beach and the harbor).
The location is perfect for families and those seeking relaxation, but is also ideal as a relaxed and comfortable retreat and preparation venue for participants in one of the various sporting and corporate events or weddings at the beautiful Gut Damp.
Sailors and relatives of patients of the Ostseeklinik will also find an ideal location here, as the clinics, the marina and the boat sheds for winter storage are all within easy walking distance.
